How does Dropaddi work?

Dropaddi connects you with nearby riders for quick and reliable deliveries. Submit your delivery request online, get matched with a rider, track your delivery in real time, and confirm delivery with a secure OTP code.

How do I request a rider?

Tap Request a Rider, choose Single delivery or Multiple deliveries, enter the pickup and drop-off details, then book.

Can I request more than one delivery at once?

Yes. Use Multiple Deliveries to create grouped deliveries in one request.

Can I change my address or number after booking?

Yes, until the rider picks up the package. Open your tracking page and tap Edit.

How is my delivery fee calculated?

Your fee is calculated from pickup, drop-off, distance, delivery type, package weight, any Dropaddi subsidy, and any available discount.

Why is my delivery cheaper than usual?

Sometimes Dropaddi pays part of the delivery fee for some distances. When it does, you will see "Dropaddi pays ₦X" next to your price, and it is already taken off what you pay. If you also have a discount, it is applied after that. Your rider still gets their full fee. This offer runs for a limited time, so it can change or end.

How will I know when a rider accepts my delivery?

Your tracking page updates in real time, and app notifications can alert you when enabled.

Can I schedule a delivery?

Yes. If scheduling is available for the request, you can select the delivery time while booking.
