How it works

What you need

Have these ready before you start. You will add photos of your ID and bike documents in the form.

  • 18 years or older
  • A smartphone with mobile data
  • A roadworthy motorcycle you own or are allowed to use
  • A rider's permit or another bike document
  • A valid ID and your NIN
  • Helmet, reflective jacket and delivery box
  • A guarantor and a next of kin

Who can register?

Anyone 18 or older with a roadworthy motorcycle (your own, or one you are allowed to use), a smartphone with data, a valid ID and the bike's documents.

Should I register as a Dropper or a Dropboss?

Register as a Dropper if you will ride and earn for yourself. Register as a Dropboss if you own bikes and have riders working for you. A Dropboss can ride too, or only manage the riders.

How long does approval take?

There is no fixed time. We review registrations in the order they arrive and email you as soon as yours is approved. Please do not register twice.

How much will I earn?

Every delivery shows what you will earn before you accept it. Dropaddi takes a platform commission from delivery earnings. There is no fixed salary and no minimum number of deliveries.

How do I get paid?

Your earnings go into your Dropaddi wallet, and you withdraw them to your bank account from the app.

What is cash debt?

When a customer pays you in cash, the part that belongs to Dropaddi is recorded as cash debt in your wallet. You pay it back from the app. If it is not paid, withdrawals or new deliveries can be paused.

Can I choose when to work?

Yes. You decide when you are available and which deliveries to accept. Only accept a delivery you can start straight away and finish.

Can a Dropper become a Dropboss later?

Yes. Once you have bikes and riders, ask from your profile (Become a Dropboss). Dropaddi checks your request first.

How do I stop working with Dropaddi?

Contact us. We will close your account once any delivery in progress and any cash debt are settled.
